1. Booking Cancellation by Traveler
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refund eligibility depends on the type of service and timing of cancellation:

3. Cancellation of Hotels
- Hotel bookings follow hotel-specific cancellation policies.
- Some hotels may charge full or partial payment if canceled within the restricted period.
- Any refunded amount will be processed after deduction of applicable hotel penalties.
4. Visa Fees & Processing
- Visa consultation and processing fees are non-refundable, regardless of visa approval or denial.
- Any refund of embassy/consulate fees is subject to their policies.
5. Tour & Activity Cancellations
- Prepaid tours, excursions, and activities may have non-refundable deposits.
- Last-minute cancellations may result in full loss of payments for activities.
6. Company-Initiated Cancellations
- WandersBloom may cancel or reschedule services due to force majeure, weather, safety concerns, or government regulations.
- In such cases, we will:
- Provide alternative arrangements or dates if possible
- Refund payments for services that cannot be delivered
7. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 15–30 business days via the original payment method.
- Bank or transaction charges, if any, are deducted from the refunded amount.

- We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against:
- Trip cancellations
- Medical emergencies
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- WandersBloom is not responsible for losses due to travel interruptions or emergencies.
