Please Read Carefully Before Booking With WandersBloom Destinations
These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, services, and travel arrangements made through WandersBloom Destinations (“we,” “us,” “our”). By making a booking, you (“client,” “customer,” or “traveler”) agree to the following terms:
1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Prices quoted are subject to availability at the time of booking.
- Final confirmation is shared via email or WhatsApp after all reservations are secured.
2. Payments
- Payments must be made within the time specified in the quotation.
- We accept bank transfers, online payments, and cash (office only).
- Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of bookings without refund.
- All prices are subject to currency fluctuation and availability.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary depending on airlines, hotels, and service providers.
- Refunds (if any) are processed according to the supplier’s policy, not WandersBloom Destinations.
- Service charges and visa consultation fees are non-refundable.
- No refund will be given for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Unused services
- Change of travel plans after services are confirmed
4. Visa Assistance
- We provide visa guidance and documentation support only.
- Visa approval is the sole discretion of the embassy/consulate.
- WandersBloom Destinations is not responsible for visa rejection, delays, or embassy decisions.
- Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents
- Travelers must ensure they have:
- A valid passport
- Required visas
- Travel insurance
- Necessary health documents (if required)
- Incorrect documentation may result in denied boarding, for which WandersBloom Destinations is not responsible.
6. Flights & Airlines
- Flight timings are subject to change by airlines.
- WandersBloom Destinations is not responsible for:
- Flight delays
- Flight cancellations
- Missed flights due to personal reasons
- Rebooking charges (if any) must be paid by the traveler.
7. Hotels & Accommodation
- Hotel check-in/out policies follow each hotel’s rules.
- Room types are based on availability; similar alternatives may be provided if initially requested rooms are unavailable.
- Tourist taxes or city taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the guest at the hotel.
8. Tours & Activities
- Tour schedules may change due to weather, safety, traffic, or operator decisions.
- Missed tours due to late arrival or personal delay are non-refundable.
- Some attractions may require additional fees not included in the package.
9. Travel Insurance
- We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance for protection against loss, medical emergencies, or unexpected changes.
- WandersBloom is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during travel.
10. Responsibilities & Liability
WandersBloom Destinations acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport companies, tour operators).
- We are not liable for:
- Accidents, injuries, or illnesses
- Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
- Natural disasters, strikes, or political issues
- Service changes made by third-party providers
11. Changes by the Company
- In rare cases, WandersBloom Destinations may modify itineraries due to operational reasons.
- If such changes occur, equivalent alternatives will be provided.
12. Traveler Conduct
- Travelers must follow:
- Local laws
- Hotel rules
- Tour guidelines
- WandersBloom Destinations reserves the right to refuse service if behavior is unsafe or inappropriate.
13. Acceptance of Terms
